This hot air balloon illustration is part of my "Deus ex Machina" series, a collection of drawings of suggestive landscapes with vintage means of transportation from early 1900s.

STORY OF THE VINTAGE HOT AIR BALLOON OVER A POPPY FIELD DRAWING
This vintage hot air balloon flying over a field full of poppies print is a reproduction, the original drawing has been handmade by me on paper using graphite and ink. This illustration is part of my "Deus ex Machina" series created in 2021. It is a collection of 6 drawings of suggestive landscapes with flowers fields and cloudy skies with vintage means of transportation from early 19th century.

TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS
This black and white striped hot air balloon print is done on a smooth and matte paper, 230 gr. This precious paper is perfect to preserve the deep black of ink and the grey shades of graphite.

PRINTS WITH COLOURS
The original drawing is in black and white but I created also a special print edition with poppies coloured with red.

COLORS
I always try to publish pictures true to reality, but please remind that colours and black intensity may vary a bit from screen.

SHIPMENT
The standard shipment is NOT trackable so If you want to always track your pack, you can make an upgrade before checkout by selecting the International Trackable mail method.

A5 and A4 prints will be shipped in a flat fold. Due to bigger size A3 could be wrapped in an art tube. In any case my print will arrive to you safety packed with love.

Once I receive your order I’ll take care of it and in few days I will be able to ship it. I always try my best to send it out very quickly but sometimes work deadlines or motherhood issues may cause a little delay. In any case I will always be in touch with you through the messages here inside the Etsy order: I’ll inform you while packing and I’ll keep you posted once sent. Once ready, I’ll ship your pack from Milan (Italy) and according to your location you should receive it in 1/3 days if you are in Italy otherwise 5/10 days for foreign Countries. Please remind that delivering timeframes may vary also due to international shipment delays, customhouse checks or other issues that don’t depend on me.

CARE OF THE PRINT
The print will arrive to you protected by a transparent film: remove it carefully to avoid marks on the paper and handle with clean and dry hands.

GIFT PACK
My print will arrive to you packed with care and love, but if you chose it for someone else and you need a gift pack to make my illustration even more special you can write to me or select the gift option. I’ll be happy to wrap it for you!

I’m trying my best to turn my package every day more eco friendly.

FRAMES SUGGESTIONS
You can use a same-size frame (A6 in A6 frame, A5 in A5 frame, A4 in A4 frame, A3 in A3 frame) or you can use a bigger frame (A6 in A5 frame, A5 in A4 frame, A4 in A3 frame, A3 in A2 frame) with a passe-partout to cover more wall space but leaving a beautiful and elegant neutral area around the illustration.

For display only, any frame used as example is not included.

PRINTS HAVE AN HEART TOO
This is a reproduction but it is not just a printed piece of paper. Inside this print there is all the time I spent to create the original drawing, the artistic experiments I run and the long learning process I went through before being able to draw like that. There are all emotions and feelings that inspired me, sometimes even shadows. There is also the long way to turn into a job my great passion for art and the love for my everyday work. This is more than a print od a drawing: it is a little piece of my story.

YOU CREATE NEW MEANINGS
I love things with a meaning, I always try to add a symbolic value to all I create and in private life I often speak through metaphors. Of course this reflects to my art and that’s why I hide so many meanings inside my drawings. But this is not over because the magic of artistic expression is that each one can interpret the same picture, illustration, painting, song, book in so many different ways… so in this drawing I put my emotions, my feeling, my story and now you can create new meanings for it through your emotions, feelings and story. My drawing will be yours. This is wonderful and turns my illustrations even more unique and precious.

100% MADE IN ITALY
This product has been created in Italy with Italian products and suppliers. First of all I have hand drawn my illustration and than turned it into digital file for printing. This happened in Italy, in my little studio in Milan, my city. The printer I chose is a small local typography that is run by a family since generations, and they use Italian paper only. Packaging materials are purchased from local suppliers, and of course the package you will receive is hand made by me.
